Store Policy 


Refunds and Exchanges: 

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds nor exchanges for any purchase. If an item is defective upon arrival, you must contact us within the first initial 3 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or store credit. Contact us via Instagram or email (thebeautyhousebk@gmail.com)


Missing or Defective Items: 

If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us via Instagram or email (thebeautyhousebk@gmail.com) within the first 3 days of your order arrival. We can verify exactly when your order was delivered via USPS with the provided tracking link, therefore after exactly 72hrs (3 days) of your order being delivered, the case will be closed and you will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund on a missing/defective product. If an email with the provided information is sent within the first initial 72 hours, an investigation with  the postal office will be opened to assure that all products were properly shipped. If we declare all products were properly delivered, and you reach out to us claiming the package never arrived or missing items, we will ban you from purchasing from our website again. 


Fraudulent Orders: 

If an order is notified as a fraudulent order via Big Cartel, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately. All canceled orders will automatically send an email and a refund will be automatically issued. If you feel as this is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or email (thebeautyhousebk@gmail.com and we'd be happy to send you a new invoice and the payment must be made via PayPal or Cashapp. 


Confirmation Emails and Tracking:

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email or text message to the provided contact information. If you provide us with incorrect contact information, you will not receive neither a confirmation email or tracking information. Tracking information is automatically sent the day the order is shipped, this will be an accessible link through USPS. 


Unable to Deliver: 

If you provide us with an insufficient address, and the order is shipped back to us via USPS, we will not attempt to resend the package. As a small business, we have to pay for the shipping, we do not make profit or any form of revenue through the collection of shipping or taxes from the customer, therefore, if an package is resent back to us due to an insufficient address, we will only refund the products listed in the order, we will not refund your shipping or taxes. If you decide to make a future purchase, we'd be happy to offer you a 20% off discount. If you provide us with an insufficient address and the package gets delivered via USPS tracking, you will not receive a refund nor a replacement. 


Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel nor refund any order. Please order accordingly!
